"Monthly payments increased every month (for whatever reasons) instead of every 6 month policy. Then excuses would pop up. If your a soldier this is not the place to go. Couldn't handle my deployment when I was overseas. No hate towards them, but that's the truth."

"Amazingly good experience. Matt and Naomi were over-the-top responsive and answered all our questions with the competence and confidence that only comes from years of experience. Every complex detail was explained in plain language. Best of all, roof coverage (which is huge for us) was better than every other company we checked, and was by far the cheapest policy we found BY FAR! What else? Monthly payment option if you want, and you can pay with credit cards (cash back!) with no additional service fees for any of it. Imagine that! I rarely write reviews, but thought this would be a way to tangibly tell them, and State Farm, "Thank you.""

"This office drives me mad! Nothing has been taken care of that I have asked for, I have been paying for an additional driver on my policy for months that I called multiple times to have removed and now that I am trying to cancel it is an absolute nightmare. If you have to go with State Farm pick a different office, these guys just don't have it together."
